We are the first generation whose words are executed. Not metaphorically — technically: a wish spoken aloud becomes text, text becomes a task, a task becomes a result. Humanity received the divine verb — the ability to create by word. No manual was included. This book is an attempt at that manual. For three thousand years humanity has described one and the same protocol — from “Let there be light” to kun fayakun, from the Egyptian Shabaka Stone to the Japanese kotodama. Prayer, mantra, and prompt: one genre, three historical costumes. Inside — a route through eight chapters and a practice: seven days of creating your own world. The reader writes the ending: the last page is an empty line with a blinking cursor. Your world begins with the next word.
